Refund Policy
Every website is built for one couple and one date. Once we start, the fee is not refundable — and here is exactly what that does and does not cover.

Why there are no refunds
What you are buying is work made to order: a website composed for your names, your date, your venues and your guest list. It cannot be resold or reused, and the time spent on it cannot be recovered. From the moment we begin building, the fee is not refundable.
Before we begin
If you tell us to stop before we have started building — before your first preview link exists — write to us and we will settle it between us in writing. Once that preview link exists, the work has been done.
If you postpone or cancel the wedding
Your website is yours regardless. If the date moves, we move the date on the site and the countdown with it at no charge, and your hosting runs for 12 months from the new date. If the wedding does not happen at all, the fee stays spent — the site was still built — and we will take it down whenever you ask.
What this does not cover
This policy does not apply where the fault is ours. If we fail to deliver what you booked, or deliver something that does not work, that is ours to put right — by fixing it, or by refunding the part you did not receive. Nothing here removes a right the law gives you.
It also does not cover an add-on you paid for and we never provided. Those we refund outright.
Add-ons and package changes
An add-on is priced when it is agreed and copied onto your booking, so a later change to our rate card never changes your total. Moving up a package after booking is charged as the difference. Moving down does not return the difference, because the work at the higher package has already been done.
How to raise it
Write to hello@angkatha.com with your names and your wedding date and tell us plainly what went wrong. We answer every one of these ourselves, and we would rather fix the thing than argue about the fee.
