What you're buying
A wedding website, built and hosted by us, at an address on our domain. Your package decides which sections it carries, how many guests the list holds, and how many rounds of changes are included. Those figures are on your rate card and in the agreement you sign.
Your website is composed, not drawn from scratch
This is not a bespoke design. Your website is built from the sections and settings the platform carries, dressed in your own photos and colours.
Within that we set your content, choose the palette and the lettering, arrange the order of sections, choose how each one is laid out, and switch sections on or off — as far as your package allows. Every palette and every arrangement is available to every couple. That is a wide range, and most never reach its edges.
What it does not include: layouts drawn from scratch, sections that do not exist in the platform, custom code written for one wedding, or a design copied from another site. If you need something we do not offer, we will tell you plainly rather than quote for it.
Sections follow your package. A tier that does not include a photo gallery, a guestbook or guest photo uploads will not have them, whatever an example website shows. Adding them means moving up a tier or buying the add-on.
Paying, and what is not refundable
Each website is built for one couple and one date, so it cannot be resold or reused. Once we begin building — from the moment your first preview link exists — the fee is not refundable. Our refund policy sets out the exceptions — the two places it does not apply are a fault of ours, and an add-on you paid for that we never provided.
An add-on is priced when it is agreed and copied onto your booking, so a later change to our rate card never changes a total you have already agreed.
Changes and revisions
One revision round is one consolidated list of changes after a preview, applied together. Your package includes a set number; extra rounds are charged at the rate on your card. Corrections to a typo, a wrong time or a misspelled name are always free, before and after publication.
We save each round, so you can ask us to put an earlier version back at no cost. Restoring never uses up a round.
What you provide, and what you promise
Your content, photos and guest list, by the deadline in your agreement. Late content moves the later dates by the same number of days.
You confirm you are allowed to publish everything you send us — including photos taken by a professional photographer, who usually keeps the copyright. Any claim over material you supplied is yours to answer.
Your guests
Only guests on your list can reply. There is no open form: someone who is not on it is asked to contact you rather than adding themselves.
Guests may leave you a note with their reply. On packages that include them, a guest can also share that note on your guestbook and upload photos. Those appear on your website the moment they are sent, and you can ask us to take any of them down at any time.
When each of them closes. Replies are taken until your RSVP deadline, and in any case no later than the end of your wedding day. Photo uploads open at midnight on the day itself, where your wedding is, and close at the end of the following day — long enough for a guest who finds their camera roll the next morning. Everything sent stays on the website afterwards; only the sending stops.
Wedding week
Seven days before your wedding, your website's content is closed so it cannot change while invitations are in people's hands. Your guests are unaffected: replies, messages and photo uploads keep working. Anything urgent — a change of venue or time — we post the same day.
How long it stays up
Your website is live until 12 months after your wedding. It is then archived, and visitors see a simple thank-you page. For 90 days after that you can ask us for everything: your photos, your guests' messages, the words from your website, and your final guest list.
After those 90 days we destroy it — photos and your guests' personal information both. This cannot be undone. Extended hosting can be bought before then.
We keep our own record of the booking itself — your names, your date and venue, the package you took and what was paid — the way any supplier keeps their books. It holds nothing about your guests.
What stays yours
Your photos, your guest list and your guests' messages are yours, and leave with you in the export we send you.
The words about your wedding are yours too. We usually write them with you, from what you tell us; they become yours once your final invoice is paid, and they are in the export as a file you can keep, paste or print.
What we cannot hand over is the wording that ships with every template — a heading or a line you never changed stays ours, because other couples' sites carry it too. The platform, the templates and the code stay ours.
Showing your website as an example
We may show a finished website in our own portfolio: on this site, in the examples we publish, and when we quote for another couple. That means your names, your wedding date, your venue and a photograph from your site can be seen publicly, with a link to the site itself. We ask first, it is written into the agreement you sign, and you can say no there or change your mind later — tell us and we take it down.
If something goes wrong
We will do everything reasonable to keep your website available, especially around your wedding date, but we rely on hosting we do not own and cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Our liability is limited to what you paid us.
Which agreement wins
If you have signed a service agreement with us, it governs your booking and these terms fill the gaps. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
